ORDERS PLACED FROM OUTSIDE THE USA must be accompanied by a bank check or money order in the amount of the script(s) ordered plus the appropriate postage plus $3.25 for handling charges. No order outside the USA will be filled until such payment is received.

For all other orders, payment must be received prior to shipment of order unless payment will be made by a university or college or professional or community theatre in which case a bill will be included with the shipment.  Payment is then due upon receipt of the order.

Royalty Procedures and Policies:

Royalties for most amateur productions of our full-length plays are $50 for each performance, and for one-act plays $35 for each performance. This royalty quotation is for live, staged amateur productions with average attendance under 400 per performance. Write for rates applying to amateur productions playing to higher average attendance per performance. And write for rates applying to professional productions.

When scripts are available in printed playbook form, one copy must be purchased for each cast member and the stage manager and director, price as quoted above.

When new plays are offered in manuscript (8-1/2 x 11" pages in report covers), permission to make copies from the script initially provided, for production purposes only, is granted for a flat fee of $20.00.

Royalties and flat fees when applicable are payable two weeks in advance of the first performance. Royalties must be paid for every performance before an audience, whether or not admission is charged.
